Prospective artists are extending a personal invitation to join our team. Their professional profiles and the quality of their submitted works are subjected to a rigorous review process by our senior Curatorial Panel to ensure the integrity and quality of the collection.

Some artworks displayed for sale on the Website are listed at a non-negotiable fixed price. However, for some of the premium art collections prospective buyers are permitted to submit a formal Offer for Consideration via the enquiry form/email. Please be advised that the listed price excludes all applicable duties, taxes, and government levies. By proceeding with a purchase, the buyer expressly warrants and agrees that they shall be solely responsible and liable for the remittance of any and all duties and taxes applicable to the acquisition, which shall be paid in addition to the purchase price of the artwork.
The reservation of any artwork is not permissible. This policy is necessary to ensure fair and immediate access to all artworks, as another interested party may be prepared to conclude an instantaneous purchase.
Upon the placement of a purchase order, the respective artist is immediately notified to prepare the artwork for shipment. Execution of the order is contingent upon the successful credit of the full payment into the Kaveri Krafted designated account. Following confirmation of payment and the confirmed shipping address of the buyer, Kaveri Krafted shall dispatch the artwork via a reliable courier service. Kaveri Krafted shall bear all costs associated with shipping and handling when the artwork is dispatched in a rolled form for international shipping and we can deliver with frame within the UAE. The collector needs to provide written confirmation of receipt and express satisfaction with the delivery.
The official invoice will be generated by Kaveri Krafted utilizing the exact registration information provided by the buyer. Payments will be exclusively accepted from the individual or entity registered as the buyer. Should a payment be remitted from a third-party account, it may, at our discretion, be either returned to the source or result in a delay in order processing until management formally determines whether an exception to the registration details can be authorized. Customer agrees to pay bank transaction charges and apply the currency conversion of (1 USD= AED 3.68). Kaveri Krafted shall share the AWB number to the buyer to monitor the status of the Order in real-time by the courier. Buyers remitting funds directly via a Bank Transfer are required to immediately notify us of the payment mode to facilitate efficient tracking and reconciliation.
Upon placing an order, the buyer is required to complete the full payment for the artwork and all associated charges (as referenced above) within five (5) working days from the date the order was initiated. Kaveri Krafted explicitly reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order without prior notification to the buyer if the requisite payment is not received within this five-working-day period.
Following the successful credit of the payment, Kaveri Krafted shall initiate the courier process, typically within two to three (2-3) business days for the items readily available. However there can be a lead time of 2 weeks for some of our premium collections. For international courier services, the realistic maximum delivery period is estimated to be between ten (10) and fifteen (15) calendar days.

Professional artists seeking to exhibit and sell their works must first complete the formal registration process with Kaveri Krafted. Our Art Panel will conduct a thorough review of your application, based on your professional bio-data and sample art submissions, to assess suitability for our collector base. The Panel’s decision—either an invitation or a rejection for the forum—will be communicated within seven (7) working days, with any anticipated delay formally notified. Please note that the Panel’s decision is final and non-negotiable.
